What is it?:
Woman's Ally: Cycle Support 2 Liquid Tincture contains herbs which have a progesterone-like action in the body and therefore support the female reproductive system in cases of chronic progesterone insufficiency. These same herbs are also thought to contain constituents that bind to estrogen receptor sites, thereby decreasing estrogenic activity when those levels may be too high (and causing problems).
Do not take this formula if pregnant.

It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
Ingredients: Sarsparilla (Smilax ornata), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
Directions for use:
- Shake Well before each use.
- Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1 - 2 droppers (one dropper equals approx. 30 drops = 1 ml) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
- This formula is generally taken daily during the last two weeks of the menstrual cycle but can be taken throughout the cycle under the guidance of a trained healthcare provider.
- To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
