What is it?:
Woman's Ally: Cycle Support 1 Liquid Tincture produces results in the body similar to naturally occurring estrogen (although a bit milder). Although the herbs in this formula are not known to contain estrogens, they combine to be supportive in disorders related to (chronic) estrogen insufficiency.
Do not take this formula if pregnant.

It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
Ingredients: Burdock root (Arctum lappa), Dong Quai root (Dang gui), Calendula herb (C. officinalis), Red root (Ceanothus americanus), Cleavers (Gallium apernine)
Directions for use:
- Shake Well before each use.
- Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1 - 2 droppers (one dropper equals approx. 30 drops = 1 ml) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
- This formula is generally taken daily during the first two weeks of the menstrual cycle but can be taken throughout the cycle under the guidance of a trained healthcare provider.
- To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
